MAT Manager FT/Regular Grant Funded (Salary $24.00-$30.00) Provides direction for facilitation of K’ima:w Medical Center’s (KMC) Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. Will primarily coordinate and implement activities and action steps as listed in the goals and objectives of grants that fund the MAT program: 1) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) State Opiod Response (SOR2) and 2) Covid19 grant to address mental and substance use disorders during COVID19. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Medical Director, the project manager will work to successfully manage all grants associated with the MAT program; improve MAT patient care, satisfaction, and outcomes; increase recruitment and retention efforts of patients; ensure strict adherence to MAT policies and procedures; transition programming to new MAT building; provide education to patients, the public, and staffing about MAT; and coordinate with other KMC departments (Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Medical, Nursing, Administration, Fiscal, etc.) to promote safety, continual improvements, and fiscal responsibility in all matters related to the MAT program. This position is funded by grants, but is expected to continue after grants end (05/2022). Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and one year of administration experience OR an Associate degree and three years of administration experience OR High school diploma/ GED and 5 years of administration experience. Must have one year of direct experience with grant compliance or management. Experience with SAMHSA grants preferred. Experience with Behavioral health, MAT, Social services, or related field preferred. Must have one year of experience with budgeting reports. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License, Current CPR or obtain within 60 days. Open until filled.
