Community Notification

K’ima:w Medical Center has received a Department of Health Care Services Award (BHCIP Round 3) for design and construction of new Behavioral Health Building.   Funding for the BHCIP Round 3: Launch Ready is derived from the Federal Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), which is part of the American Rescue Plan.  The proposed location for the K’ima:w Behavioral Health Building Project is on Hospital Road two parcels east from the existing Behavioral Health facility. K’ima:w Medical Center is located at 535 Airport Rd., Hoopa, CA.

A Community meeting will be held at the Tribal Council Chambers at the Neighborhood Facilities on May 10, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend to review this and other K’ima:w Medical Center Building Projects. Light refreshments will be provided.
