Board Agenda Request Packet Online Submission

All regularly scheduled K’ima:w Medical Center Governing Board meetings are the first and third Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:30 pm in the K’ima:w Medical Center Boardroom (Please note that this is subject to change due to COVID-19). If there is a change in date, time, or location this will be posted.

All agenda items with complete signatures and attachments are due at 4:00 pm  (please note time change) the Wednesday prior to the meeting date. 

Please note that all components of the agenda request packet must be included prior to obtaining signature from supervision (Supervisor, CFO, and CEO) 

A completed board agenda request packet will contain the following:

  • KMC Board Agenda Request complete with signatures
  • KMC Board Agenda Item Executive Summary Sheet (summary, noted concerns, etc.)
  • The approved budget line item and/or Cost Center to pay for an item (if action requires payment)
  • Office of Tribal Attorney (OTA) Approval (for contracts/agreements)
    • Contracts/Agreements will require Attorney Review and Approval
    • Please submit a Request to amanda.wilbur@kimaw.org
    • Once you have received OTA approval, please submit with your agenda request below
