Dear Community Members,

K’ima:w Medical Center is currently in the process of transitioning IT Management to a contractor,
Infinite Consulting Services. Infinite Consulting Services is working diligently to resolve the most urgent
technical issues, prioritizing those potentially impacting patient care and safety. As with all transitions,
we expect interruptions and growing pains, which will become less prevalent as we move forward in the
process. Please know we are working diligently to resolve our technical issues. Thank you for your
patience and understanding with any technical difficulties during this time of transition.
