Normal Business Hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

(Clinic is closed during the lunch hour
Clinic reopens at 1:00 PM for appointments)

• Imaging Department: Urgent Imaging Services only. We ask that you please call ahead
• For Behavioral Health appointments that were located in the KMC Wellness Building, they are now relocated to the BH Building
• For MMIW/DV/SA Services: MAT Building is closed, so please call (530) 784-8188
• For PRC Travel Vouchers, please report to medical clinic
