New Medical Provider: Dr. Claudia Collins

Welcome Dr. Claudia Collins

Dr. Collins is board certified in Family Medicine. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed her residency at Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Collins spent the past 3 years working at various facilities around the country. She spent 5 months in Hoopa at the start of the COVID crisis in 2020. During those months, the people of Hoopa Valley Tribe left a lasting impression on her that she knew she would be back. She is looking forward to getting to know everyone and getting involved in the community. Some of her professional special interests include: Women’s Health, Mental Health, Procedures, Dermatology, and Integrative Medicine.

Outside of work you can find her mountain biking, training for triathlons, hiking, fishing, watercolor painting, reading, or at a K-pop concert. She is married and has 2 small dogs.
