Construction: MAT Building Metal Building for Vehicle Storage
Introduction:
K’ima:w Medical Center, affiliated with the Hoopa Valley Tribe seeks to have a metal building for vehicle storage constructed at the main Clinic site at 535 Airport Road, Hoopa. The work is located between the Medicine Assisted Treatment (MAT) building and the Primary Clinic.
Bid Submission Date:
Responsive bids must be received by Monday, November 7, 2022 at 4 pm.
Scope of Project:
- Purpose of Building: Mobile Medical Vehicle Storage garage. Gross Vehicle Weight: 26,000 lbs.
- Building Dimensions: Width: 22 feet Length: 50 feet. Height: 16 Feet
- Openings: Heavy Duty Roll up door (Front center): Width: 12 feet Height: 14 feet. Walk-in Door (side): 36” x 80”
- Structural: A-Frame. Snow load rated. 12 gauge or comparable. Engineered stamped design.
- Special Considerations: Interior Fully insulated. Wall beams should accommodate installation of electrical outlets and/or panel.
Scope of Bid:
Bids should be based on “Scope of Project” above. If contractor is qualified to do, a separate bid will be considered for the concrete pad work and/or Electrical/Heating to accommodate the structure.
Contract Performance:
All bids should include a timeline for performance. Meaning if you are awarded a contract: can you start immediately or when is the earliest start date and anticipated completion date for the work?
