PRC Concrete Repair

Introduction:

K’ima:w Medical Center, affiliated with the Hoopa Valley Tribe seeks to have some concrete repair work performed at the main Clinic site at 535 Airport Road, Hoopa. The work is in front of the “PRC Building”. 

Bid Submission Date:

Responsive bids must be received by Tuesday, October 27, 2022 at 4 pm. 

Scope of Project:

1. Remove stump in front of building. Prep and install concrete in triangular section that is currently landscaped.
2. The two sections of concrete behind are lifting a little due to roots and should be replaced.
3. The angled walkway has some lifting and a repair patch. This should be replaced.
4. A curved section of concrete should be installed to expand the walking surface from the clinic sidewalk to the PRC walkway.
5. The bottom post and rail should be removed and replaced with an ADA compliant one with appropriate height and grip.
