KMC Dental Clinic Parents and Guardians Update

To all our Parents and Guardians bringing minor patients to the K'ima:w Dental Clinic for their appointments we would like to remind you of the following:

Please check your child in and out of the Dental Clinic.

Update any paperwork that is needed.

Sign any consent forms that are needed.

Remain at the clinic until your child is finished with their appointment.

 

*Any minor patient 17 and under left at the clinic without a parent or guardian will not be seen.
